Ambica Hi – consistency pulper operates with special stainless steel cast rotor. The Geometry, profiles, curvatures and large surface area of rotor transmit the energy to fiber to fiber friction due to Hi-consistency. This process leaves the contaminants uncut and helps to retain the fibre in its original shape.
Fiber to fiber friction creates excellent defiberizing and maintained the fiber length in original size (almost uncut)
