Ambica Hi – consistency pulper operates with special stainless steel cast rotor. The Geometry, profiles, curvatures and large surface area of rotor transmit the energy to  fiber to fiber friction due to Hi-consistency. This process leaves the contaminants uncut and helps to retain  the fibre in its original shape.

AMBICA HI-CONSISTENCY  PULPER & DILUTION PULPER SYSTEM

Hi-Consistency pulper  is connected with dilution pulper.The dilution pulper has due function of separating the plastics and other foreign material as also dilute the high consistency for further processing . This pulpe has 6-8 omm drilled screen plate with impeller  rotating against the screen. The impact of impeller separates fiber  from the rejects, hence working most  efficiently for fibre recovery.
