AMBICA Medium Consistency Centric leaner works in two shapes, one is Straight and another one as Umbrella type. Umbrella Type Mc cleaner requirement of space area very less than the Straight Mc cleaner. Mc Cleaner bottles are arranged in a well manner like “UMBRELLA” with the Header at the centres. Due to Umbrella shape of Mc Cleaner, distribution of the pulp remains almost equal by the way of pressure to make this possible. Mc Cleaner runs at consistency range of 1.5 to 2% than the normal Centric leaner range of 0.5 to1%. At the centre of the Mc cleaner also collects the Accepts of the all Centric leaner bottles. Rejects are collected in the closed circle of the reject Header and its attached straight to the reject pump feeding to Secondary Stage Cleaner. To remove the Air from the pulp stock, Deareation System also available.
Primary Bottles of the Nozzle will be supply in ceramic to improve its longer life and affective in separation of heavy particles from the pulp stock. For easy cleaning of the nozzle, Flexi Glass attached between Bottom Cone and Reject Header.
Strength at Middle of the cone, raises efficiency of the cleaner by the way of increasing centrifugal clash at bottom cone.
Secondary Stage cleaner attached with in Built Tertiary stage for fibre recovery by its auto flushing system in reject chamber as a result its proficient disposal of heavy particles from the system.
